DKSH is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supervisor, Distribution Center Operations to join our team in Klang. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including inbound receiving, put-away, order picking, and outbound dispatch.
- Lead and mentor a team of warehouse staff, ensuring high productivity levels and strict adherence to operational SOPs.
- Maintain inventory integrity through regular cycle counting and rigorous reconciliation processes within the WMS.
- Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards and company safety protocols.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, lead times, and resource utilization.
- Collaborate with the transport and planning teams to ensure timely delivery and resolve any logistical bottlenecks.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization to reduce waste and improve operational throughput.
- Manage floor-level administrative tasks, including attendance tracking and performance appraisals.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a large-scale distribution center or warehouse environment.
- Prior experience in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and operational excellence.
- Willingness to work in the Klang/Port Klang industrial area.
