Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Dry Food category to ensure efficiency and excellence.
- Monitor stock levels, execute timely replenishments, and conduct regular inventory audits to minimize shrinkage.
- Ensure all products are displayed according to merchandising guidelines and maintain high store hygiene standards.
- Analyze weekly and monthly sales reports to identify trends and implement strategies to boost profitability.
- Lead, train, and provide performance feedback to store staff to ensure a high-performing and motivated team.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a superior shopping experience.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader in a retail or FMCG environment.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and retail merchandising principles.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and KPIs.
- Effective communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Willingness to work in a shifting schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
