PT Refcon Polar Nusaindo (POLAR GROUP) is a rapidly growing company, and we are currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven Supervisor E-Commerce to join our team in Tangerang. In this role, you will be the spearhead of our digital sales operations, responsible for overseeing end-to-end e-commerce activities, optimizing online store performance, and driving sustainable revenue growth.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of marketplace dynamics (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop), customer behavior, and digital marketing trends. You will lead a team to ensure operational excellence, from inventory management to order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective e-commerce strategies to achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Manage daily operations of various online marketplaces, including product listings, promotions, and store layout.
- Analyze sales data, traffic, and conversion rates to provide actionable insights for business improvement.
- Supervise and mentor the e-commerce team to ensure high productivity and service quality.
- Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely delivery.
- Run digital marketing campaigns and participate in platform-wide promotional events (e.g., 9.9, 12.12).
- Monitor competitors' activity and adjust pricing or promotional strategies to maintain market competitiveness.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as an E-commerce Supervisor or Manager.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales reports and data.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel for data reporting and inventory tracking.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
