Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor engineering teams across multiple luxury properties in Ubud
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Oversee renovation projects and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Manage vendor relationships and engineering budgets effectively
- Coordinate emergency response protocols for facility-related incidents
- Analyze operational data to optimize energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives
- Train staff on new technologies and engineering best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years in engineering supervision, preferably in hospitality
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes and safety standards
- Experience managing teams of 10+ technical professionals
- Proficiency in CAD software and facility management systems
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Certification in facility management or project management preferred
