Are you a proactive engineering leader with a passion for operational excellence? We are seeking a highly skilled Supervisor Engineering to join the team at Citimall Bontang. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the safety, efficiency, and structural integrity of a premier commercial property. You will lead a dedicated technical team, managing complex building systems and maintaining the highest standards of service to ensure a seamless experience for our tenants and visitors.
This position requires a leader who is as comfortable with hands-on technical troubleshooting as they are with strategic maintenance planning. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a proven track record in building management systems (BMS), MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) maintenance, and team leadership, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the engineering and maintenance team at Citimall Bontang.
- Implement and monitor preventive maintenance schedules for all building facilities, including MEP, HVAC, and fire safety systems.
- Supervise repair projects and coordinate with external contractors to ensure work is completed on time and within budget.
- Maintain building performance records, utility logs, and safety compliance documentation.
- Lead emergency response efforts and troubleshooting for technical equipment failures.
- Develop and mentor junior technical staff to foster a high-performance culture.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, local building codes, and environmental standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in building maintenance or facility management, specifically within shopping malls or large commercial buildings.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, HVAC, electrical distribution, and fire protection systems.
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and motivate a technical team.
- Proficiency in computer-aided maintenance management systems (CMMS) and MS Office suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure during facility emergencies.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts or weekends when required.
