- Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities for production machinery

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in maintenance supervision
- Strong knowledge of industrial machinery systems
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Certification in maintenance management preferred
- Experience in food manufacturing highly advantageous
- Proficient in diagnostic tools and maintenance software
