Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and manage the daily operations of the engineering and maintenance team to ensure optimal performance and adherence to schedules.
- Conduct regular inspections of the hotel’s electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems to identify potential issues and ensure safety compliance.
- Oversee and execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime and extend the lifespan of critical assets.
- Ensure strict compliance with local safety regulations, fire codes, and health standards across all hotel facilities.
- Manage inventory levels of spare parts and materials, ensuring cost-effective purchasing and proper storage.
- Collaborate with other department heads to resolve maintenance requests promptly and efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Prepare technical reports, maintenance logs, and budget estimates for management review and auditing purposes.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or large-scale facility management sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of building management systems (BMS), HVAC systems, and general mechanical maintenance.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and guide a diverse technical team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety protocols.
- Valid Indonesian engineering certification or relevant licenses is preferred.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is highly desirable for effective communication.
