Join Hartalega's dynamic engineering team as a Supervisor - Engineering, Plant & Process, where you'll drive operational excellence in our Next Generation Glove (NGC) facility. This pivotal role requires you to oversee critical maintenance activities, ensuring minimal downtime while optimizing production efficiency. You'll lead strategic improvement projects to enhance process reliability, implement robust preventive maintenance schedules, and spearhead engineering solutions that align with Hartalega's industry-leading standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead breakdown maintenance activities to minimize production downtime and ensure equipment reliability
- Execute preventive maintenance programs across plant machinery and process systems
- Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency and product quality
- Supervise engineering teams, assigning tasks and providing technical guidance
- Implement process optimization strategies to reduce waste and improve throughput
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards
- Monitor key performance indicators and prepare maintenance reports
- Coordinate with vendors for equipment repairs and spare parts procurement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering maintenance within manufacturing environments
- Proven supervisory experience leading technical teams
- Strong knowledge of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) methodologies
- Certification in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or similar process improvement framework
- Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)
- Problem-solving skills with root cause analysis capabilities
- Familiarity with glove manufacturing processes or polymer industry operations
