Hartalega is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Engineering Supervisor (Plant & Process) to join our dynamic team in Sepang, Selangor. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in overseeing our state-of-the-art plant operations and chemical process lines, ensuring optimal efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily plant and process engineering operations to ensure production targets and quality standards are consistently met.
- Lead, mentor, and schedule tasks for the engineering maintenance and technical support team.
- Develop, implement, and optimize preventive and corrective maintenance programs for plant machinery and process equipment.
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and process control systems to minimize production downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement (Kaizen) and energy conservation initiatives.
- Ensure strict compliance with occupational safety and health (OSHA) regulations and environmental standards.
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with external vendors for engineering projects and equipment upgrades.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of working experience in a manufacturing plant environment, preferably within the glove manufacturing or chemical processing industry.
- Proven track record in a supervisory or leadership role within an engineering department.
- Strong technical knowledge of process control systems, utilities (boilers, water treatment), and automated machinery.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Willingness to work in Sepang, Selangor, and support shift operations when required.
