Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end engineering project lifecycles, from initial design concepts to final construction and commissioning.
- Collaborate closely with the Engineering Manager to ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are strictly met.
- Supervise daily onsite operations, ensuring strict adherence to health, safety, and environment (HSE) protocols.
- Manage technical documentation, blueprints, and engineering progress reports for departmental review.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external contractors to resolve technical bottlenecks and ensure seamless project flow.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure construction work aligns with project specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff and technical crews to foster team development.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project supervision within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong proficiency in technical drawing software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).
- Comprehensive knowledge of industrial construction standards, safety regulations, and project management methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently under tight deadlines.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse onsite teams effectively.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; professional proficiency in English is highly desirable.
