We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor, Fabrication to join the Terberg Manufacturing & Assembly team in Pasir Gudang. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the overall supervision and coordination of the fabrication process. You will ensure that all production activities are executed according to precise technical specifications and strictly adhere to the project schedule. As a key leader on the floor, you will oversee daily operations, manage workflow, and maintain high standards of quality and safety. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who can drive efficiency, mentor a team of skilled fabricators, and contribute to the successful delivery of our manufacturing projects.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily fabrication operations and ensure all production targets and schedules are met efficiently.
- Monitor the fabrication process in real-time to guarantee strict adherence to technical specifications and quality standards.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of fabrication technicians and operators to improve productivity and skill levels.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and implement corrective measures for any process deviations or defects.
- Enforce strict health and safety regulations on the shop floor to ensure a secure working environment for all personnel.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as logistics and engineering, to ensure the smooth flow of materials and information.
- Maintain accurate production records, reports, and inventory logs related to fabrication activities.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the manufacturing or fabrication industry.
- Strong working knowledge of fabrication techniques, machinery, and production processes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
- Proven problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Familiarity with safety standards and quality management systems in manufacturing.
