In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our facility operations, ensuring that every aspect of the plant runs efficiently, safely, and cost-effectively. You will manage key procurement processes, oversee the processing of Purchase Orders (PO), manage vendor approvals, and meticulously monitor the facility budget. Your efforts will directly support the smooth and uninterrupted operations of our food processing facility, contributing to the high standards of quality and safety that AEON is renowned for.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day facility operations of the AEON Food Processing Centre, ensuring optimal functionality and a safe working environment.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process for facility-related goods and services, including sourcing, negotiation, and vendor selection.
- Process and track Purchase Orders (PO) accurately, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate and manage vendor approvals, contracts, and performance evaluations to maintain a reliable service network.
- Monitor and control the facility budget, preparing regular reports on expenditures and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain comprehensive records of facility assets, maintenance schedules, and compliance documentation.
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance, repair, and upgrade projects, ensuring minimal disruption to production operations.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations (OSHA, HACCP, etc.) and conduct regular inspections.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in facility management, preferably within a food processing, manufacturing, or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, PO management, and vendor management.
- Proven experience in budget monitoring and cost control.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and facility management software.
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, OSHA, and other relevant regulatory standards is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
