Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Finance, Accounting, and Tax departments to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with PSAK standards.
- Lead tax planning and compliance efforts, including timely preparation and filing of PPh, PPN, and other relevant corporate tax returns.
- Supervise the accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliation processes.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and banking partners to maintain transparency and compliance.
- Analyze financial variances and provide insightful reports to management for better decision-making.
- Ensure that internal financial controls are strictly followed to mitigate operational risks.
- Train and mentor junior accounting staff to foster a high-performance culture.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or senior accounting role.
- Strong proficiency in Indonesian Tax Regulations (Brevet A & B certification is highly preferred).
- Solid understanding of PSAK (Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards).
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Accurate) is essential.
- Proven ability to manage deadlines and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent leadership skills with a track record of team management.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English.
