Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly/quarterly financial reports
- Oversee daily accounting operations including payables, receivables, and payroll
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial budgets and forecasts
- Lead and mentor the finance team through performance management and skill development
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards
- Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies during audits
- Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory finance role
- Proficiency in Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Advanced expertise in Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven leadership experience in team management and development
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Experience in the healthcare/beauty industry is highly preferred
