Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes
- Develop and manage departmental budgets while identifying cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure adherence to Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business decision-making
- Implement and improve financial controls and risk management procedures
- Prepare financial statements and executive dashboards for stakeholder reviews
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of finance supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferred
- Experience in technology or manufacturing sector highly valued
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
