BSN Technologies Indonesia is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Supervisor to join our expanding operations in the Kabupaten Kendal industrial region. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily financial operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and general ledger activities.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with PSAK.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, managing VAT, PPh 21, 23, 4(2), and corporate income tax filings.
- Monitor company cash flow, prepare detailed budget forecasts, and analyze variance reports for senior management.
- Coordinate internal and external audit processes, ensuring all documentation is prepared according to regulatory standards.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls and financial policies to safeguard company assets.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the finance and accounting team to foster a high-performance culture.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in accounting or finance, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or senior capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and accounting principles (PSAK).
- Professional certification such as Tax Brevet A & B is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Odoo, or Kingdee) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills in Indonesian and English (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
