Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily financial operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance
- Lead preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with accurate analysis
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards (PSAK)
- Manage and develop the finance team through training, performance evaluation, and workflow optimization
- Conduct internal audits to verify financial records and identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with department heads on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Implement and maintain robust financial controls to prevent fraud and errors
- Develop financial KPIs and reporting systems for management decision support
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (S1)
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in financial supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent qualification preferred
- Proven team leadership and staff development experience
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
