Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with PSAK/IFRS.
- Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all reconciliations are completed with high precision.
- Manage tax compliance and reporting, including VAT (PPN), Withholding Tax (PPh), and Corporate Income Tax.
- Develop and implement internal financial controls to mitigate risk and ensure audit readiness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to provide financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting support.
- Mentor and supervise junior finance staff to ensure consistent performance and professional growth.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and banking institutions as required.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or CPA/CA certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, preferably within the energy or oil and gas industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of PSAK standards and Indonesian tax regulations.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex projects with tight deadlines.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in both Indonesian and English.
