PT Rajawali Lintas Samudera is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supervisor Finance, Accounting, and Tax to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Utara. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the integrity of our financial operations, ensuring compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, and providing strategic financial leadership to our accounting team.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team to ensure accuracy and efficiency in daily operations.
- Supervise the full cycle of accounting processes, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Manage end-to-end tax compliance, including the calculation, reporting, and filing of PPh 21, 23, 25, 26, and PPN.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for management review.
- Oversee cash flow management, budgeting, and financial forecasting activities.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities to ensure all documentation is audit-ready and compliant.
- Implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks and optimize operational workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong mastery of Indonesian tax regulations (Brevet A & B certification is a significant advantage).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or similar ERP systems) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent leadership abilities with a proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively under strict deadlines.
