Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor the finance, accounting, and tax teams to ensure operational excellence
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards
- Manage internal controls and audit procedures to mitigate financial risks
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities during inspections
- Develop and implement financial policies and workflow improvements
- Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/ACCA certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance/accounting with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Deep expertise in Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards
- Strong leadership and team management skills with proven mentoring experience
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication abilities for cross-departmental collaboration
