Speeds Indonesia is a dynamic and rapidly growing company currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Supervisor Finance, Accounting, and Tax to join our team in Sidoarjo. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee the daily operations of the finance, accounting, and tax departments.
- Manage end-to-end financial reporting, including balance sheets, P&L statements, and cash flow analysis.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax laws (PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, and PPN) and timely filing of tax returns.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure accurate financial documentation and statutory compliance.
- Develop and implement robust internal financial controls to minimize risk and optimize operational efficiency.
- Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation processes to maintain healthy liquidity.
- Provide actionable financial insights and analytical reports to management for strategic decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar supervisory role, preferably in a commercial environment.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian Accounting Standards (PSAK) and current tax regulations.
- Certified Tax Consultant (Brevet A & B) is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or Xero) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to lead a team and work effectively under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
