Dewa Tunggal Abadi is seeking a dynamic, analytical, and results-driven Supervisor for Finance, Accounting, and Tax to lead our financial operations in Jakarta Timur. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the integrity of our financial data, ensuring tax compliance, and optimizing accounting processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the finance and accounting department, ensuring accuracy in all financial records.
- Lead and mentor a large team, fostering a culture of accountability, high performance, and continuous improvement.
- Manage the end-to-end tax compliance process, including PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, and VAT (PPN) reporting.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets and profit and loss reports.
- Develop and implement internal control systems to mitigate financial risks and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Proactively identify bottlenecks in financial workflows and implement effective, data-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with internal departments to provide financial insights that support management decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an Accounting/Finance role, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (Brevet A/B certification is a strong plus).
- Strong proficiency in financial software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of managing large teams effectively.
- High analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to task management.
- Excellent attention to detail and high integrity in handling confidential financial information.
