Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the Finance, Accounting, and Tax team, providing guidance and professional development
- Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and variance reports
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Manage tax planning, compliance, and reporting activities
- Collaborate with other departments to support financial decision-making
- Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and accounting standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven leadership abilities with experience in team management and development
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
