Transcon Indonesia is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supervisor Finance, Accounting & Tax to join our professional team in Surabaya. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the integrity of our financial operations, ensuring precise accounting cycles, and managing complex tax compliance requirements. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who is capable of driving operational excellence through accurate budgeting, timely financial reporting, and rigorous SOP enforcement.
As our Finance & Tax Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting management decision-making by providing actionable financial insights. You will manage daily accounting activities, coordinate with internal departments to streamline financial workflows, and ensure that all fiscal obligations are met in accordance with Indonesian regulations. We are looking for an individual with strong leadership potential, a high level of integrity, and an advanced understanding of modern accounting software and financial management systems.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise daily Finance, Accounting, and Tax operations to ensure operational efficiency.
- Manage the full accounting cycle including general ledger maintenance, month-end closing, and year-end financial reporting.
- Oversee budgeting processes, including monitoring budget performance and performing variance analysis.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations (PPh, PPN, etc.) and coordinate tax reporting and audit processes.
- Develop and implement financial SOPs to improve internal controls and safeguard company assets.
- Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and business risks.
- Provide training and guidance to junior accounting staff to ensure performance targets are met.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in Finance, Accounting, or Tax roles, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory position.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Tax Regulations and PSAK (Pernyataan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan).
- Proficient in using Accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or similar ERP systems).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Financial Modeling).
- High analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Certification such as Brevet A & B is highly preferred.
