PT XIANXING is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supervisor for Finance, Accounting, & Tax (F.A.T) to join our expanding team in Jakarta Utara. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and mentor the finance, accounting, and tax team to ensure daily operations meet organizational standards.
- Manage end-to-end financial reporting processes, including General Ledger, Profit & Loss, and Balance Sheet reconciliation.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations (PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, and VAT/PPN) and handle tax audits effectively.
- Monitor cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable to maintain liquidity and operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular financial audits and internal reviews to mitigate risks and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with department heads to prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Maintain accurate financial documentation and ensure adherence to company SOPs and statutory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in Finance, Accounting, or Tax roles, with at least 1 year in a supervisory position.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar).
- Comprehensive knowledge of PSAK (Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards) and current tax laws.
- Brevet A & B certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain high levels of confidentiality.
