PT IMB LOGISTIC NUSANTARA is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Supervisor for Finance, Accounting, and Tax (FAT) to join our growing team in Tangerang. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the integrity of our financial operations, ensuring compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, and providing strategic financial insights to support our logistics business.
As a FAT Supervisor, you will lead the accounting processes, manage financial reporting cycles, and ensure that all fiscal obligations are met with precision. We are looking for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong analytical capabilities. You will play a key role in maintaining our financial health, optimizing operational costs, and supporting management in data-driven decision-making.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily Finance, Accounting, and Tax operations including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Prepare accurate monthly and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports.
- Manage end-to-end tax compliance (VAT, PPh 21, 23, 25, 29) and ensure timely filing of tax returns.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
- Develop and implement robust internal financial controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.
- Analyze financial performance against budgets and provide actionable recommendations to management.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure high productivity and accuracy in all financial documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of PSAK (Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards) and Indonesian Tax Laws.
- Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or similar ERP systems) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Brevet A & B certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
