In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end financial operations of the company. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our financial data, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing actionable insights to management through rigorous reporting and analysis. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily Finance & Accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all financial transactions.
- Manage the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local tax and accounting regulations.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, monitoring actual vs. budget performance to identify variances and recommend corrective actions.
- Supervise cash flow management to ensure liquidity and optimal utilization of funds.
- Maintain effective internal controls and implement improvements to streamline financial processes.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth financial reporting and compliance.
- Provide comprehensive financial reporting and performance analysis to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop the finance team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA/Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Finance/Accounting, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, PSAK, and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Xero, or similar ERP systems) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of integrity and accuracy in handling financial data.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight reporting deadlines.
