Mandaya Hospital Group is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Supervisor Finishing Arsitek & Interior to join our project management team in Jakarta Selatan. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the aesthetic and structural excellence of our hospital facilities by overseeing interior finishing works, architectural detailing, and contractor performance.
As a Supervisor, you will act as the bridge between design concepts and on-site implementation. You will be responsible for maintaining high-quality standards in material selection, workmanship, and project timelines. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and monitor all interior and architectural finishing work on-site to ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to maintain the quality of materials and execution speed.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve technical issues during the finishing phase.
- Review shop drawings and ensure actual implementation aligns with approved architectural designs.
- Manage site progress reports and communicate project updates to the Project Manager.
- Ensure that all finishing works adhere to health, safety, and hospital facility standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure functional requirements are met within the architectural design.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project supervision, specifically in architectural and interior finishing.
- Proficient in reading construction drawings, technical details, and specifications.
- Strong understanding of finishing materials (flooring, ceiling, wall treatments, lighting fixtures).
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Experience in the healthcare or commercial building sector is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office (Project).
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple contractors simultaneously.
