Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily operations of the fruit and vegetable department including staff scheduling and task delegation
- Ensure adherence to quality control standards and freshness protocols for all produce items
- Manage inventory levels, conduct stock audits, and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment
- Train and develop team members on produce handling, safety procedures, and customer service excellence
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to optimize product turnover and minimize waste
- Enforce health and safety regulations and maintain compliance with food handling standards
- Resolve customer inquiries and address operational issues promptly to maintain service quality
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory experience in retail or wholesale produce operations
- Strong knowledge of fruit and vegetable varieties, ripening processes, and storage requirements
- Proven ability to lead teams and foster a positive work environment
- Experience with inventory management systems and stock rotation methodologies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to train and motivate staff effectively
- Basic understanding of wholesale pricing strategies and profit margin management
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends as needed
- Physical capability to handle produce and stand for extended periods
