Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and motivate sales teams to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for PC/tablet/wearable products
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement staff training programs
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain to prevent stockouts
- Develop and execute promotional strategies to drive product visibility and conversion
- Resolve complex customer inquiries and escalate technical issues appropriately
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and optimize product placement
- Ensure compliance with company policies and visual merchandising standards
- Collaborate with marketing team on localized campaigns for Banten market
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-5 years experience in PC/tablet/wearable sales or retail supervision
- Background with competitor companies in consumer electronics preferred
