We are seeking a highly motivated Supervisor General Service to join The Parlor Hills. Based in Bandung, you will be at the forefront of maintaining our operational excellence. This role requires an experienced professional who excels in facility management, vendor coordination, and operational leadership. You will ensure that our premises meet the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency, directly impacting guest satisfaction and employee well-being.

As a key member of our operations team, you will manage the end-to-day lifecycle of our facilities. This includes overseeing daily maintenance schedules, managing third-party vendors, and ensuring strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLA). You will also be responsible for asset inventory control, conducting safety inspections, and leading a team of general service staff. Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee and manage daily general facility operations and building maintenance to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Supervise and coordinate with external vendors for cleaning, security, and repairs to guarantee high service standards.
  • Manage asset inventory and perform regular inspections to ensure all equipment is in optimal condition.
  • Monitor and enforce Service Level Agreements (SLA) to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
  • Lead and mentor the general service team, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and teamwork.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and ensure strict compliance with local regulations and fire safety standards.
  • Handle emergency situations and implement effective problem-solving strategies to minimize operational downtime.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a General Service or Facilities Management role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
  • Proven experience in vendor management, negotiation, and contract administration.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for operational detail.
  • Familiarity with building operations, asset management, and SLA compliance.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office and facility management software.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English (Indonesian is a plus).
