Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily housekeeping operations and ensure all villas and public areas are impeccably clean and well-presented.
- Perform general handyman tasks, routine maintenance, and minor repairs around the villas.
- Handle basic electrical repairs and troubleshoot issues safely and efficiently.
- Inspect guest rooms, grounds, and facilities for cleanliness and maintenance needs on a regular basis.
- Train, schedule, and manage housekeeping staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and maintenance tools.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for complex repairs and specialized services when necessary.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor, Handyman, or similar maintenance role in the hospitality or villa management sector.
- Strong electrical and general maintenance repair skills.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and team management abilities.
- Highly proactive with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and solve problems efficiently.
- Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required in the hospitality industry.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali, Indonesia.
