Your responsibilities will include supervising a team of housekeeping staff, coordinating daily cleaning schedules, conducting regular inspections, and ensuring all operational procedures are followed to perfection. You will be responsible for training new staff, managing inventory of cleaning supplies, and addressing any guest concerns related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally.

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team
- Ensure all villa properties are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Develop and implement efficient cleaning schedules and procedures

- Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff performance
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Address and resolve guest concerns related to housekeeping services
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3 degree in Hospitality or related field
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Previous experience in housekeeping supervision or management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Familiarity with villa or hotel operations
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
