Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations to ensure efficient workflow and high standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to ensure immaculate presentation.
- Train, mentor, and motivate housekeeping staff to enhance their skills and service quality.
- Manage room inventory and allocate tasks effectively based on occupancy levels.
- Address guest complaints and feedback regarding room cleanliness and amenities promptly and professionally.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a hotel or luxury resort environment.
- Strong leadership and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- High level of attention to detail and a genuine commitment to quality service.
- Basic computer literacy (e.g., property management systems).
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts as required.
