Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a team of HP and laptop technicians, providing technical guidance and performance coaching
- Oversee daily repair operations, ensuring quality standards and timely service delivery
- Develop and implement service improvement processes to enhance efficiency and customer experience
- Manage inventory of spare parts and technical equipment to optimize resource utilization
- Handle complex technical escalations and customer complaints requiring supervisor intervention
- Prepare performance reports and analyze service metrics for continuous improvement
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues affecting service operations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience repairing HP and laptop products
- Proven leadership experience in technical teams or service environments
- Strong knowledge of hardware diagnostics, component-level repairs, and software troubleshooting
- Excellent communication skills with ability to train and mentor technicians
- Certification in HP service or relevant technical field preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in service management software and reporting tools
