We are seeking an experienced HRGA Supervisor to lead our human resources operations in Gresik. This pivotal role requires a strategic leader with deep expertise in Indonesian labor regulations to drive HR initiatives while fostering a positive work environment. You will oversee daily HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and legal standards. The ideal candidate will leverage their strong leadership skills to develop HR policies, manage performance systems, and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
- Ensure strict compliance with Indonesian labor laws (UU Ketenagakerjaan) and company policies
- Manage HR team performance through coaching, training, and development programs
- Oversee payroll administration, benefits administration, and employee relations
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Handle disciplinary actions, grievance resolution, and conflict management
- Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports for senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Law, or Human Resources Management
- 3-5 years of progressive HR experience with supervisory responsibilities
- Comprehensive knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and employment law
- Proven leadership abilities with team management experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications
- Willingness to work in Gresik location
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
