We are seeking a dedicated Supervisor HSE Building to join our dynamic team and uphold our rigorous safety standards across all construction projects. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with national HSE regulations while fostering a proactive safety culture within our teams.
As a key member of our project leadership, you will drive the implementation of comprehensive HSE strategies, conduct regular site inspections, and develop emergency response protocols. You will collaborate closely with project managers to integrate safety planning into all construction phases, ensuring zero-incident environments. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all HSE activities on construction sites to ensure regulatory compliance and company standards
- Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify potential hazards
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HSE policies and procedures for building projects
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and accidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions
- Train and supervise staff on safety protocols, emergency procedures, and proper equipment usage
- Monitor environmental compliance and waste management practices on construction sites
- Coordinate with government agencies and stakeholders regarding HSE regulations and reporting
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of HSE supervisory experience in construction/building management
- Valid HSE certification (SMK3 K3 Umum or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian HSE regulations (UU No. 1/1970, PP No. 50/2012)
- Proven experience in accident investigation and risk mitigation strategies
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with ability to train diverse teams
- Proficiency in HSE documentation systems and reporting tools
- Certified First Aid and Fire Safety training preferred
