PT Innabridge Selaras Energi is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Supervisor HSE & Legal to join our dynamic team in Manado. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and enforce all HSE policies and procedures to ensure a zero-accident workplace.
- Ensure full compliance with local and national regulations regarding the energy and mining industry.
- Manage the procurement, renewal, and maintenance of all necessary operational permits and legal licenses.
- Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and internal audits to identify and mitigate operational hazards.
- Lead safety induction programs and training sessions for employees and contractors to foster a safety-first culture.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the company and government regulatory bodies, legal consultants, and external auditors.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all HSE records, legal filings, and incident reports.
- Develop and implement emergency response plans and ensure team readiness through periodic drills.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an HSE or Legal supervisory role, preferably within the energy or mining sector.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian HSE regulations (K3) and environmental laws.
- Possession of relevant certifications (e.g., Ahli K3 Umum/Pertambangan, POP/POM) is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to manage legal documentation and liaise with regulatory authorities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with proficiency in both Indonesian and English.
- Willingness to be based in Manado, Sulawesi Utara.
