Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate HR operations across 5 company branches throughout Indonesia.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for new staff members.
- Maintain and update personnel records, attendance reports, and payroll administration.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Implement and monitor company policies, ensuring compliance with local Indonesian labor laws.
- Analyze workforce metrics to improve employee retention and performance productivity.
- Collaborate with branch management to identify staffing needs and execute workforce planning strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an HR supervisory or leadership position.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan).
- Willingness to travel periodically to support the 5 branches across Indonesia.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel proficiency is a must).
- Ability to work independently and manage multi-site HR functions effectively.
