Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with Indonesian labor regulations
- Manage general affairs functions: office maintenance, procurement, and vendor relationships
- Lead performance management initiatives and training programs
- Coordinate payroll administration and benefits administration
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies
- Manage budget planning and cost control for HRGA operations
- Facilitate cross-departmental communication and collaboration
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in HR/General Affairs supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
- Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office applications
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in renewable energy industry is highly desirable
- Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
