Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily production schedule for injection molding machines to ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure all production targets and quality standards (KPIs) are met consistently while adhering to ISO regulations.
- Monitor machine performance and schedule preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of operators to ensure high morale, productivity, and technical skill development.
- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols and quality control procedures on the factory floor.
- Coordinate with logistics and procurement departments to ensure the timely availability of raw materials.
- Identify and resolve operational issues quickly to maintain workflow efficiency and reduce waste.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in an Injection Molding supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a focus on team motivation.
- Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, quality management systems, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing production demands and deadlines.
- Basic computer literacy (ERP/MES systems experience is a plus).
