Gembira Houseware is a rapidly growing retail and distribution leader seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Supervisor Inventory Control & Audit to join our team in Makassar. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our inventory systems, ensuring accuracy across warehouse operations, and conducting thorough audits to minimize shrink and optimize supply chain efficiency.
We are looking for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the technical acumen to implement robust inventory management processes. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving operational excellence by ensuring that our inventory data is always precise and our physical stocks are securely managed and accounted for.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end inventory control processes, including receiving, storage, and outbound dispatch audits.
- Plan and execute regular cycle counts and full physical stock takes to ensure 99%+ inventory accuracy.
- Analyze inventory discrepancies and investigate root causes, implementing effective corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Supervise and mentor warehouse staff to maintain high standards of operational compliance and safety.
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and inventory variance trends.
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to optimize stock levels and reduce holding costs.
- Ensure that warehouse management systems (WMS) are updated in real-time with accurate SKU-level data.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in inventory control, auditing, or warehouse management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and WMS/ERP software.
- Proven ability to lead a team and maintain operational discipline under pressure.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of personal integrity.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to process improvement.
- Willingness to be based permanently in Makassar and work onsite.
