Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure a seamless customer journey from entry to exit.
- Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales associates to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Monitor inventory levels and execute efficient stock management and replenishment procedures.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, empathy, and a focus on retention.
- Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining high standards of store presentation and cleanliness.
- Train staff on product knowledge, brand values, and service standards to enhance team capability.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail management or a supervisory role within the hospitality or fashion industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Passion for sports, lifestyle, and global retail brands is highly desirable.
- Flexibility to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts as required.
