We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor / Kepala Toko to lead our dynamic team in Mranggen, Jawa Tengah. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Manage inventory levels, monitor stock availability, and coordinate with the warehouse for timely replenishment.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and present them to management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe showroom and workshop environment.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement local promotional activities and events.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the retail or automotive industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent sales acumen and the ability to drive team performance.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office) and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Valid Indonesian driving license (SIM A) is an advantage.
- Willing to work in Mranggen, Jawa Tengah.
