Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and motivate retail sales teams to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Manage daily store operations including inventory, merchandising, and visual standards
- Implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns for Yamaha products
- Train staff on product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques
- Monitor sales performance metrics and implement improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and retail standards
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve escalations professionally
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years supervisory experience in retail or automotive sales
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Proficiency in inventory management and sales reporting
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with CRM systems and point-of-sale software
