In this role, you will be the bridge between management and staff, ensuring that our service standards are consistently met while maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
As a Supervisor, you will take charge of the daily workflow, manage staff performance, and ensure that our signature Kopitiam experience runs smoothly. You will be responsible for inventory control, food safety compliance, and resolving customer inquiries with professionalism. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the Kopitiam outlet to ensure efficiency and high service standards.
- Manage and schedule staff shifts, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Train and mentor new employees on standard operating procedures and product knowledge.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in placing orders to minimize waste and stockouts.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or feedback promptly to maintain satisfaction.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance and operational improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the F&B or Hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy environment.
- Basic understanding of inventory management and cost control.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Positive attitude and a strong commitment to customer service excellence.
