Are you a technical expert with a passion for renewable energy? Utomodeck Metal Works is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Supervisor for our PV (Photovoltaic) Module Laboratory to be based in Prigen, Jawa Timur.
In this role, you will lead the testing, quality control, and technical validation of solar photovoltaic modules. You will play a critical part in ensuring our products meet stringent international safety and performance standards, contributing directly to the growth of Indonesia's sustainable energy infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be a technical leader capable of managing lab personnel, maintaining sophisticated testing equipment, and driving continuous improvement in our production and testing workflows.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of the PV Module Laboratory, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental protocols.
- Manage and calibrate solar testing equipment, including solar simulators, EL testers, and climate chambers.
- Analyze performance data of PV modules, identifying discrepancies and root causes for quality deviations.
- Supervise lab technicians and provide technical guidance on testing procedures and standard operating practices.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for all testing phases to support quality audits and R&D projects.
- Collaborate with the production team to implement improvements in module design and manufacturing efficiency.
- Ensure that all lab procedures align with SNI, IEC, or other relevant international solar panel standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Material Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a laboratory or quality control environment, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.
- In-depth knowledge of PV module components, electrical testing methods, and photovoltaic system performance.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a technical team.
- Proficiency in data analysis software and technical reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a high attention to detail.
- Willingness to be based in Prigen, Jawa Timur.
