Masmedia Buana Pustaka is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Supervisor Maintenance to join our team in Surakarta. In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our operational efficiency, ensuring that all production machinery and facility infrastructure operate at peak performance. As our Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead a dedicated team of technicians, manage equipment downtime, and optimize maintenance workflows to support our production targets. You will play a pivotal role in implementing safety protocols and technical upgrades that drive operational excellence across our manufacturing facility. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all daily maintenance activities for production machinery and facility utilities.
- Develop and execute comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the maintenance team to ensure high technical competency and adherence to company standards.
- Manage spare parts inventory, procurement requests, and budget control for maintenance components and tools.
- Identify recurring technical issues and implement root-cause analysis solutions to improve equipment reliability.
- Ensure all maintenance tasks comply with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and industry standards.
- Coordinate with production managers to plan maintenance work during off-peak hours to maximize operational throughput.
- Prepare regular reports on maintenance performance, machine health, and resource utilization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance supervision, preferably in a printing or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of PLCs, pneumatic/hydraulic systems, and general electrical/mechanical troubleshooting.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a technical team effectively.
- Proficiency in using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) or similar maintenance tracking software.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight production deadlines.
- Deep understanding of K3 (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja) or industrial safety standards.
- Willingness to be based in Surakarta and available for emergency maintenance call-outs as required.
