Join AMMAN as a Supervisor Maintenance Civil, Painting & Plumbing and lead critical infrastructure maintenance operations in Sumbawa Barat. This key leadership position requires expertise in overseeing civil works, painting projects, and plumbing systems to ensure facility integrity and operational efficiency. You will manage a skilled maintenance team while implementing preventive maintenance schedules, quality control protocols, and safety standards across all projects. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate civil maintenance, painting projects, and plumbing systems to ensure compliance with technical specifications
- Lead a team of technicians and workers, providing guidance, training, and performance management
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for facilities and equipment
- Monitor project progress, quality standards, and safety protocols during maintenance operations
- Manage maintenance resources including inventory control, equipment allocation, and vendor coordination
- Prepare maintenance reports, cost estimates, and documentation for project tracking
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and workplace safety standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in maintenance supervision with focus on civil works, painting, and plumbing
- Technical certification or diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Strong knowledge of maintenance techniques, materials, and equipment for civil, painting, and plumbing systems
- Proven leadership experience managing teams of 5+ technical personnel
- Ability to read technical drawings, blueprints, and maintenance schematics
- Certification in workplace safety and hazard management (SMK3/K3 preferred)
- Proficiency in maintenance planning software and project management tools
