PT Sarana Utama Adimandiri is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Supervisor Maintenance MEP to join our team in Karawang. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) infrastructure of our facility. We are looking for a leader who can manage a technical team, ensure operational uptime through rigorous preventative maintenance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance facility safety and efficiency.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced industrial environment, balancing day-to-day operational support with long-term strategic facility upgrades. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of safety, compliance, and productivity by ensuring all MEP systems operate at peak performance.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise the daily activities of the maintenance team, providing technical guidance and performance management.
- Develop and execute comprehensive preventative and corrective maintenance programs for all MEP equipment.
- Monitor facility energy consumption and implement initiatives to optimize operational costs and efficiency.
- Ensure full compliance with K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) regulations and company safety protocols.
- Manage inventory for spare parts and coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs or upgrades.
- Prepare accurate technical reports, maintenance logs, and performance metrics for management review.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls to minimize production or facility downtime.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in MEP maintenance, preferably within a manufacturing or large-scale industrial building environment.
- Strong technical proficiency in HVAC systems, electrical distribution, water treatment, and fire protection systems.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a technical team.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Good command of Microsoft Office and maintenance management software (CMMS/ERP).
- Willingness to be based in Karawang, Jawa Barat.
